OnePlus 4

After successful launch of OnePlus 3, Company is planning to launch OnePlus 4, with most of the information available on the smartphone falling under the category of rumors.

According to rumors, OnePlus will be looking to further improve the built-in storage and RAM of the smartphone, as the Chinese manufacturer looks to push the OnePlus 4 as a challenger to Apple's iPhone 7.

The OnePlus currently offers 6 GB of RAM, which is already higher compared with the 2 GB of RAM for the iPhone 7 and the 4 GB of RAM for Samsung's Galaxy Note 7. For the OnePlus 4, customers may expect the smartphone to pack 8 GB of RAM, alongside expandable memory of up to 256 GB through a microSD card.

The OnePlus 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, which was the most powerful processor of the company available to OnePlus during the manufacturing of the smartphone. It should be expected that the OnePlus 4 would also be powered by the most powerful Snapdragon available upon its production.

For the camera, the OnePlus 4 is expected to feature a more powerful one compared with the 16 MP camera in the OnePlus 3. The camera for the upcoming smartphone could be upgraded to 23 MP, though that is mere speculation.

Now go to the main point "The price of the smartphone," it can be expected that the OnePlus 4 will carry a price tag of a bit over $400 upon launch, based on the trend that the OnePlus was released at $349, the OnePlus 2 at $389 and the OnePlus 3 at $399.

All these figures and specifications are rumors though, so OnePlus fans interested in what the company has in store for its next flagship smartphone should consider these with a grain of salt.
